From brief to keys, I manage the entire buying process on your behalf. One clear strategy, one point of contact and experienced representation at every stage.
STEP 01
We define your brief, including your budget, criteria, timeline and what actually matters to you, before we look at a single listing.
STEP 02
We search across on-market, pre-market and off-market opportunities. Established relationships across Perth's inner north often mean hearing about properties before they are publicly listed.
STEP 03
Once we've identified the right property, I assess the comparable sales, investigate the fundamentals and determine what the property is worth. From there, I structure and negotiate the offer with the right price and conditions for the market.
STEP 04
Once the offer is accepted, I manage the building and pest inspection and review anything uncovered during the conditional period. If something serious turns up, we renegotiate or walk away. If it's minor, I'll tell you that too, not everything that looks alarming on paper is a dealbreaker. From there, I manage the process through to settlement and keys in hand.
