Shane O'Donohoe

I'm Shane, founder of Shane Patrick Buyers Agents. I bought my first property at 21 and haven't really stopped since. I've taken on renovations, subdivisions and a new build, and together with my wife, built a successful property staging business. Over the years, I've walked through thousands of homes and learnt plenty, often the hard way, so my clients don't have to. I know what to look for, what can be fixed and what should have you heading straight back out the front door.

People hire me for more than access, although my relationships across Perth often uncover pre-market and off-market opportunities they wouldn't find themselves. They also hire me because buying under pressure can make even experienced people second-guess their judgement. My role is to bring clarity, evidence and experience to every decision, along with the occasional hard truth about when not to buy. That's where the real value lies.

I work with busy professionals, families and investors across Perth, with a particular focus on the inner north. I help them secure the right property without the stress, overpaying or second-guessing.

I'm not a transactional middleman who hands over the keys and disappears. Think of me as the property nerd in your corner: honest, straight-talking and far more interested in helping you avoid a lemon than simply closing another deal.
